Are you a Project Support Officer who wants to join a cyber-projects team within an evolving and dynamic organisation?

Due to the success of a number of strategic Gloucestershire based programmers, we are growing our Project teams and are looking for support from a forward thinking Project Support Officer.With a primary focus on assisting the teams on a day to day basis with a variety of skill sets.

As well as designing for security, Information Assurance and legal / policy compliance, we actively assess products and services, identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses that could be exploited by cyber attackers, and we create and run exercises to pit cyber security specialists against secure systems and each other.

As a Project Support Officer you will be supporting the Project Managers with resourcing, scope management,change control and risk management as well as insuring internal governance is adhered to on a daily basis.  You may be required to support several projects simultaneously (based on project size and work experience) therefore, must also be flexible in dealing with multiple project managers, while supporting consistency with NG UK strategy, standards, policies and processes.

Key criteria required...

  • Experience in a busy project environment
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Good collaborative interpersonal skills for written, oral and face to face communications and presentations 
  • Capable of dealing with conflicting priorities between different specialist groups
