Temporary Admin Assistant

Job Description

Our Technology Services division of Northrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic Admin Assistant to join our team in Lincolnshire to provide administrative support to the Whole Life Support Programme (WLSP).

25 Hours Per Week - Pro-Rata. Flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

The main tasks and responsibilities of this job are as follows:

  • Support travel requests in accordance with company travel policies for the Leadership Team
  • Manage meeting room calendar requests & conflicts
  • Arrange meetings, book facilities/equipment, prepare meeting rooms, manage refreshments and escort visitors (internal and external visitors), prepare agendas, attend meetings and produce and distribute minutes within agreed timescales
  • Manage Pool Car bookings & servicing
  • Management and processing of incoming and outgoing mail / deliveries as required
  • Maintain stationery and sundry supplies stores
  • Provide a high quality administrative support service as required
  • Maintain accurate record retention systems utilising the electronic filing system in line with document management policies & procedures
  • Undertake any other reasonable task as requested
