How you will make a difference

You will be supporting an exciting time within Northrop Grumman,  helping grow business opportunities across our Cyber Programme: 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the development & execution of an Account strategy against agreed Account objectives, in line with the overall strategy.
  • Accountable for running & achieving the agreed Account P&L (inc. accuracy of sales / cost forecasting, timely EACs, unbillable budget etc).
  • Accountable for client relationships & client satisfaction within the Account.
  • Accountable for delivery of all projects within the Account to time, cost and (working with Mission Assurance) quality.
  • Accountable for organic growth within the Account, supported by BD.
  • Provides leadership to the Account workforce (working collaboratively with MSE which is responsible for individuals’ career development).
  • Provides Account support to critical activities such as recruitment etc.
  • Accountable for Account-level risk and opportunity management.
Requirements: 
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Experience managing and growing accounts.
  • Working knowledge of Risk and Opportunity Management.
  • Accountability and proven experience managing an accounts P&L. 
  • Excellent presentations, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience across Time and Quality Management.
