This role is a fixed term contract position based in our offices in Waddington.

How you will make a difference

As Commercial Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Northrop Grumman Commercial team with Contract / Subcontract tasks on the Sentry E-3D Whole Life Support Program (WLSP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist commercial team in core commercial duties and resolution of contract and subcontracts issues
  • Perform a variety of duties ensuring compliance to Company policies and procedures
  • Attend key programme meetings, facilitating accurate minutes to be distributed in a timely manner – acts as secretary to key NGC / Customer meetings
  • Track third party data to Northrop Grumman and other appropriate agencies/companies
  • Raise coordinate and process purchase requisitions, invoicing and IT Support requirements
  • Support ITAR/UK Export amendments when required
  • Update Logs and files
  • Conduct external communications as required
  • Conduct contract closure administration
  • Filing, Shredding and general office administration tasks
  • Produce and send claim letters to our customer regularly as and when required
  • Work with Business Management to ensure payment claims are up to date, paid in a timely manner and any queries are resolved
  • Work with and assist the Business Management with payment queries relating to PO’s raised
  • Book travel as and when required for the Commercial Manager and Business Management Manager
  • Liaise with the base to ensure visitors for the teams are booked on and can obtain relevant passes, collect visitors as and when required from the guard room
  • Responsible for ensuring all Commercial and GSC filing is up to date and archived files are logged
  • Weekly progress reporting onfunctional area as and when required by management
  • Assist the Commercial and GSC team members in any other tasks they require assistance with.
