The Cyber solutions division of Northrop Grumman are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support programmes of work and its customers.

How you will make a difference

As a Business Change Manager, you will;

  • Produce business cases, elaborate requirements and run PI meetings
  • Act as a coach to Product Owners and other team members where necessary and plan high-level work prioritization
  • Provide Stakeholder management for both the customer and program.
  • Manage client relations and expectations.
  • Assess customer business impact before solution deployment and mitigate by the development of change strategies.
  • Work with cross organisational SMEs to understand technology improvements and impacts for Change initiatives.

     

    Person Specification:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience of performing a Business Change role
  • Strong analytical as well as verbal and written communications skills are required
  • Skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques
  • A good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies, preferably have experience of working in a technical role
  • An ability to understand how the IT technology supports our customers
  • Capable of dealing with conflicting priorities between different specialist groups within a fast paced Agile environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organisation, which includes senior management, operations personnel and customers
  • Project Management experience in Lean/Agile environments and knowledge of Scrum and Kanban teams
  • Experience of using Atlassian Jira/ IBM RTC suite, or similar product lifecycle software packages
  • Experience of working with UK government desirable
